Our client was a newly established lessor who had recently opened their first international office in Dublin, Ireland. This role was also to be the first executive hire the company made outside of its home market so it was vitally important that the candidates cultural fit, as well as experience, matched what this client needed.

The successful candidate was identified from a competitor lessor who had previously worked with the likes of Avolon, GECAS and Genesis. An chartered accountant by training, and with wide experience across the leasing industry, this new SVP is now leading this lessors marketing efforts in EMEA and already has transacted a number of successful SLB deals with European carriers.
